Sunday, October 23, 1949

Milt went on day shift this a.m. Roger, Jerry & I went to S.S. with Ern & Maggie. After we got home we ate then slept a while. Milt, Roger, Jerry & I rode to Sacrament meeting with Lonzo & Maggie. Milt gave a good talk in meeting tonite. After we got home we got supper. Rosalie, Mildred & the kids ate with us.

Sunday, October 16 1949

Milt & Mildred, Jerry & Dickie went out to Everett's Camp to get Monroe this morning. Diane & I rode down to S.S. with them. Roger went early so we rode home with Maggie & Lonzo. We got home at 12 & ate, then I read my M.I.A. lesson till 2:30 & we went to __union(?) meeting at 3 oclock. Kim & Johnnie, ___erwin & Verd were the speakers.

In Sacrament meeting the Ariz. District Presidency were the speakers. Lee Romney sang then he & Fred Harvey sand a duet. I've been studying my lesson & I wrote a letter to Luella.

Sunday, October 9, 1949

We went to Camp Verde to Sunday School. I taught Lorene's class. After S.S.(Sunday School) we drove out to the edge of town and went back to Sacrament Meeting. Meetings were held at the home of Sister Cleone Wright. I gave a talk in Sacrament Meeting. We got home about 3:30 & Louis took Mary & went to Prescott to a meeting then they are going on to Phoenix. Dale & Bonnie took me to Sacrament Meeting at the Chapel. We met Milt & Ern & Jerry coming after me so I went on with them. I got 4 letters, one from Gene, Dick, Nanna & Freddie, also the St. Johns paper. I rode home with Anne Tenny. Donna and I "cleaned up" her room.

Sunday, March 27, 1949

Milt went on a day shift this A.M. We all went to S.S. with Ern & Maggie, even Tiny, Jerry & Diane went. After we got home we ate lunch & cleaned up the house before Milt came. Lonzo drove Ern's car to meeting tonite so he & Maggie didn't go with us. Milt, Roger & I went in our own car & Roger stayed to "Fireside" & came home with Lonzo.

Sunday, March 13, 1949

Milt & I went to S.S. Maggie & Lonzo rode with us. Sister Trampp?? came home with us after S.S. so did Roger. Then after dinner he rode down to Choir Practice with Ern & Maggie. Then we went down about 6:30 & went to see Aunt Delie & Uncle Almie the on to meeting at 7:30. Pres. McConkie & Sister McConkie & Harold B. Lee were the speakers. There sure was a big crowd. We got home abt 9:45 & Milt rested a while & went to work.
