After breakfast Milt & I rode up town with Kate. Milt drove the car for her. We bought some groceries & I got my pkg from the P.O. Mildred & Lucile went to Cottonwood with Kate. I sewed all evening.
Thursday, May 23, 1935
Lucile & Mildred went to Cottonwood with Kate. I finished the ironing. Milt didn't have to work today. We worked on the yard.
Tuesday, May 28, 1935
After the kids went to school I got ready to wash. Mrs. Bennett came for Mildred to go to Cottonwood with her, I sure had a time getting the washing done. Matilda came over a while. Lucile & Mildred walked up town. I went down to Mrs. Tarr's.

Lucile came about 2 a.m. After the kids went to school I went over to Margaret's. Mrs. Bennett & I washed her dishes & ___________ then brot her ironing home & I ironed her clothes and ours too. Lucile & Mildred went up town then to Cottonwood with Kate.

Saturday, February 16, 1935
Milt & Neil went to the traps. Bob went to Cottonwood to see Mr. Curry. Gene came & got some clean clothes. He & Mildred went up town. I washed & ironed. Gene went back to camp about 4 o'clock. I am sure tired. Milt caught a fox today.

Friday, February 22, 1935
Mildred went to Cottonwood & Oak Creek with Kate & Mrs. Kelly. They got a roll of wire for me. I washed & then got the clothes in & sprinkled them. I wrote to Nana. It seems funny without Daddy & the boys.
