Sunday, September 1, 1935

Everyone except Don, Roger & I went to S.S.. Milt drove Ern's car. I made hamburger stew & rice pudding. The girls went up to see Gladys. I went down to Bennett's & boy how it did rain. This evening I went down to see Grandma Schnarr.

Tuesday, April 2, 1935

Been here a week today. I moved into room 26 this a.m. & boy am I glad. Roger is better. His temperature is 99.6. Lucile, Mildred, & Don came up this a.m. Sister Wells came & stayed with Roger while I went down with Mrs. Jones & got supper for her husband.

Saturday, April 6, 1935

Milt came about noon. He went to work this afternoon. The girls came up & stayed with Roger while I went down to Mrs. Jones. Phil, Tiny & Don came, also Mrs. Bennett & Louise.

Monday, April 15, 1935

Kate & Mildred went up town & I took Don & went with Ern & Maggie, Clarence & Ruby to the Museum & Toozigoot, then over to Grace's & ate dinner & came home. Ern took me to the hospital to take Roger to the doctor. He said Roger was OK now only needed sunshine.

Sunday, April 28, 1935

Milt and the kids except Tiny, Pauline, Don & Roger went to S.S & church. Otto came down twice. Lucile went down to Grace's to stay a few days.

Saturday, March 2, 1935

It has been trying to rain all day. Ern took me up to the hospital to take Don & Roger to see Dr. Gaede. He lanced Roger's ears. After I came home we washed a few things.  I sent Lucile a ticket this a.m.

Saturday, March 23, 1935

Milt went to work this a.m. I cleaned up the boys room then we washed & I went up to the hospital to take Don & Roger to the Dr. he lanced their ears. I went up to see Rose S., it is her birthday.

Monday, March 25, 1935

We washed a few things & Ern took me up to the hospital to take Don & Roger to the Dr. Milt got some groceries & went down to the 500. Roger has been feeling bad all evening.

Wednesday, March 27, 1935

Roger slept pretty good part of the day. Milt, & Don came, then Mildred & Melba. After school Lassie came & this evening Lucile came. Milt brot a letter from Loreen. He had to go to work this afternoon. Dr. Gaede says Roger has pneumonia.

Monday, February 11, 1935

It has been stormy all day. Milt & I walked up town & bought some groceries at Pay 'n takeit got Don some new shoes & stockings & some things for Sister Follett. Kate & Mildred went to the show.

Sunday, February 24, 1935

Otto's wife, Leda died.  Milt went on day shift this a.m. I got up at 4:30. Gene & Mildred went to Sunday School.  Loreen phoned & said Leda died about 10 o'clock last night. Poor Otto. I feel sorry for him__ Don has sure been sick all day. 

Monday, February 25, 1935

I phoned to Zella this a.m. she said the funeral would be at 2:30. I helped the boys work out in the yard. Today is Mildred's birthday. Milt got her a pair of shoes for her birthday present. Don feels lots better.

Tuesday, February 26, 1935

Don & Roger have both felt bad all day. We washed (only 10 washers full). Then Bob & I worked out in the yard a while. After Milt came he & the boys worked on the rock wall.  Mr. Anderson brot some cedar wood. Milt mashed his finger & it is sure awful.

Wednesday, November 2, 1949

I crocheted most of the fore noon. Then after lunch I ironed awhile then Flora & Tiny finished up. Don came just as I got up at 5 oclock. After Milt came home he & Tiny, Roger, & Bob went hunting again. Don went to Phoenix with Phil tonite.
