Milt, Mildred, Phil, Lassie & Pauline went to S.S. Bob has been sick all day. Willie Mae came over awhile. We had a hard rain. Otto & Vernon came down & we had cake & cocoa & coffee.

Saturday, July 27, 1935

Mildred, Lucile & Helen went to the river. Vernon came down &, he, Gene, Neil, Bob & Phil went to the lake. I washed the boys blankets and a few other clothes. Got supper, then ironed. Mildred finished while I sewed and patched.

Tuesday, June 11, 1935

I got up early & started to wash about 7 o'clock & got thru at 9. then we ate breakfast. The girls went to work at 8 o'oclock. Bob & Phil went swimming. Mrs. Bennett cam up after dinner.

Friday, June 14, 1935

Neil & Phil came home early & Ern went after Bob & Milt. I didn't go to Kate's shower but sent Lucile up with the pkg. Otto came down this evening (he came home about noon). They caught about 22 fish.

Sunday, June 16, 1935

Lucile went to church, & I went down to Mrs. Tarr's & cleaned up the house. Mildred got thru up at Mrs. Attchery's & came home early. We had roast for dinner. Otto went by & threw the funnies to Phil, he went fishing.

Thursday, June 27, 1935

After breakfast Milt & Bob took their blankets & some food & went to the lake to fish. Then Neil & Phil went over about noon. Mildred & Lassie went. Tiny & Pauline went uptown. Mildred & Lassie came home about 6 o'clock & Ily Thomas came for Mildred to stay all night with Pauline Ross.

Thursday, May 30, 1935

The girls went down to Grace's. Neil went too. School is out. All the kids except Phil passed. Seems funny without Milt, Bob, or Neil.

Saturday, April 6, 1935

Milt came about noon. He went to work this afternoon. The girls came up & stayed with Roger while I went down to Mrs. Jones. Phil, Tiny & Don came, also Mrs. Bennett & Louise.

Tuesday, March 19, 1935

Today is Phil's & Roger's birthdays. I made a cake for each of them, put 13 candles on Phil's and 1 on Roger's. After Milt went to work I sewed a while & patched overalls. It has tried to storm all day.

Sunday, March 24, 1935

Milt, Mildred, and the 3 boys went to Sunday School. Otto came down & ate dinner with us. Harley & Kate came over & Harley cut Bob's & Phil's hair. Milt & I went on the hill with the kids.

Sunday, February 3, 1935

Milt, David & Phil & Bob went to church.  Reen, Chet, Mildred went to see the Tuzigoot ruins. After dinner Reen, Chet, Gene, daniel, Nana & I went to Montezuma Castle & back by Gene's camp to take him to camp. We got home about 6:30.

I went over to see Mrs. Kelly then came home & washed the kids blankets. Milt & Phil went to the traps.

I have had a headache all day. Milt, Mildred, Bob & Phil went to Sunday School. Otto Came down & ate dinner with us. Milt & I went up to see Mr. & Mrs. Packard we came home about 9:15.

Tuesday, January 1, 1935

Gene & Bob went to the traps. Neil & Phil cut wood. I made 2 dresses for Mickey & patched some. Mrs. Bennett came up & stayed about an hour. Gene went back to Camp about 3:30. I washed out my dress & under clothes & socks.

Wednesday, November 2, 1949

I crocheted most of the fore noon. Then after lunch I ironed awhile then Flora & Tiny finished up. Don came just as I got up at 5 oclock. After Milt came home he & Tiny, Roger, & Bob went hunting again. Don went to Phoenix with Phil tonite.

Monday, October 24, 1949

I embroidered on the R.S. bridge set & then cleaned up the house & scrubbed the floors. Mable came about 3:30 & we went R.S. visiting teaching to Mildred's, Teddy Booth's & Maggie's. Milt took me to Relief Society tonite. We had a good lesson, there were 14 present. Phil came from his trip to Phoenix.

Saturday, March 26, 1949

Minnie called me abt 6:15 & said Aunt Delie passed away at 2:40 A.M. At 11 oclock Maggie & I , Lucille & Minnie went up up to the morgue & dressed Aunt Delie. The funeral was at 4 P.M. There was quite a large crowd & lots of lovely flowers. All 4 of her children were there & Renie's 2 daughters. Verd, Kim & Balis were speakers. Ern gave the opening prayer & Milt the Benediction. John Hunt dedicated the grave. After the funeral we went over & talked to Uncle Almie & the kids a while before we came home. Dick & Phil cam up in their new car.

Saturday, March 19, 1949

Today is Phil's, Chuck's, Roger's & Diane's birthday. I've been sewing all day. This evening Dick & Phil came up & ate supper. Milt, Roger & Jerry went fishing, Jap went with them. We cut the birthday cake before the boys went home. I cleaned & pressed Milt's pants & Roger's pants & washed his brown shirt & put black lace on my black dress.

Wednesday, March 16, 1949

Bob's & Flora's 9th Anniversary. I went down with Phil. Martha came over & we ate dinner & cake. I stayed with Penny & Rita while Flora took Bobby to the Doctor. Then Phil took me over to town & I caught the 6:35 bus & came home. Milt wen to a A.G.P.A. meeting at Clarkdale. I left Tiny's camera down at Flora's.
