Saturday, September 28, 1935

I got up this a.m. at 4:30 but was too sick to say up & I called Mildred & Milt up, then I went back to bed & I've been in bed all day & gee but I was sure sick. I got a note from Bob. He's at Follett's. Raymond & Edwin stayed all nite here.

Saturday, July 13, 1935

We sure had lots of company today. 2 boys, one from Gene's camp. Then Edwin, Walter, Dr. Winkle, Maggie & Kate. Then Lucile came & last Vernon Eddy. He ate supper with us. Gene, Mildred, & Lucile went to Grace's. I put up 22 qts of elderberries.

Saturday, April 20, 1935

Bob's birthday! Edwin came after us & we all went down to Grace's & had an Easter picnic. I rode with Ern. We sure had a good time. Gilbert came up with us to stay all night. He & Gene went to the show.

Sunday, March 10, 1935

Mildred, Gene, Lucile, & Bob went to S.S. Otto came down & ate dinner with us. Edwin came home with the girls & they went to the show tonight. Gene went to camp. Edwin stayed all night. Milt & I played dominoes.

Wednesday, March 20, 1935

Lucile went down to Grace's with Edwin yesterday. We washed and after supper I sprinkled the clothes & ironed till Milt got home. Kate & Mildred went to the show.

Saturday, January 12, 1935

When Milt went to work I started to sew.  I patched and nearly made Lassie a dress. Then went over to see Grace. Roy brot the children up. I washed a few clothes. Edwin came. Gene came this a.m. Edwin ate supper with us & Gilbert came over after supper.
