Friday, February 1, 1935
We worked outside a while & I patched some more overalls & made my dress. We went over to Maggies while David went up town. Milt caught another fox. I got a letter from Chet & Reen. Gene came.
Sunday, February 3, 1935
Milt, David & Phil & Bob went to church. Reen, Chet, Mildred went to see the Tuzigoot ruins. After dinner Reen, Chet, Gene, daniel, Nana & I went to Montezuma Castle & back by Gene's camp to take him to camp. We got home about 6:30.

Monday, February 4, 1935
It has been trying to rain all day & has sure been disagreeable. I sewed a while. David went up town & got a letter from Bro. Bigelow. Chet & Reen, Mildred & Kate went to Humboldt. I kept Kate's children.

We didn't eat breakfast till Milt came from his traps. He caught another ring-tail cat. The kids came home about noon. Lawrence & Rose Hofman came just as we were eating supper. Chet went to Humboldt with Kate's brothers.

Wednesday, February 6, 1935
David, Asenith, Lawrence, & Mrs. Hofman left for Eager about 8 o'clock. It has rained all day. Reen took the kids to school. Chet came back but did't get a job. Milt went up town & got his check. Chet & Reen went to see Mr. & Mrs. Wiggins.

It is still raining. We haven't been able to wash yet. There is mud, mud everywhere. Reen & Chet went down to stay all night with Mr. & Mrs. Wiggins.

We washed today (just what we had to have) & most everything got dry. The sun shone a while & dryed things out some. Reen & Chet, & Milt & I went to the show.
Sunday, February 10, 1935
Milt drove Ern's car & we went to S.S. & Church. Bro. & Sis. Johnson, Melvin & Douglas were the Prescott missionaries. Mildred had dinner ready when we got home. Otto at dinner with us.

It has been stormy all day. Milt & I walked up town & bought some groceries at Pay 'n takeit got Don some new shoes & stockings & some things for Sister Follett. Kate & Mildred went to the show.

Milt went to his traps. I washed Roger's clothes and a few colored clothes. Just after supper Reen & Chet came. They drove from Phoenix. I made Roger some rompers.

I went over to see Mrs. Kelly. their up town with Reen & Chet. Mr. Anderson brot some wood. Chet & Reen left for Winslow about 2 o'clock.

We washed & boy what a washing we had. Milt made a gate & then went up town & sent the furs off. I made valentines for the little girls.

Milt & Neil went to the traps. Bob went to Cottonwood to see Mr. Curry. Gene came & got some clean clothes. He & Mildred went up town. I washed & ironed. Gene went back to camp about 4 o'clock. I am sure tired. Milt caught a fox today.

I have had a headache all day. Milt, Mildred, Bob & Phil went to Sunday School. Otto Came down & ate dinner with us. Milt & I went up to see Mr. & Mrs. Packard we came home about 9:15.

Monday, February 18, 1935
I made 3 quilt tops this a.m. Milt went to the traps & as we were eating dinner Vernon came to get Otto said Leda was very low. The Dr. said she may not live more than a few days. Milt & I worked out in the ward till nearly dark.
Tuesday, February 19, 1935
Milt went to the traps & we got ready to wash we finally started about 11:30 & got thru at 2 o'clock. Then we ate lunch & worked out in the yard till dark. I got a letter from Pearl & from Lucile.
Wednesday, February 20, 1935
The kids all came from school about 10 o'clock & don't have to go back till March 4th. We worked in the yard till about 1:30 then had dinner & rested a while. I cleaned out the chicken coop.

Kate came over & washed. I helped her & then I patched overalls. Milt & the boys got home just after dark. They said they sure had a good time.
